Dashboard for the Customer to Configure the Application

Situation:
The administrative panel of Cliente Fiel served as a platform for customers to register digital menus, loyalty programs, sales reports, customer data, inventory control, and financial information. However, the existing panel had an outdated layout and suffered from poor performance.

Objective/Obstacle:
The task at hand was to develop a new, simplified, modern layout with excellent usability and performance. The main challenge was to create a design that would overcome the limitations of the old layout while providing enhanced functionality and ensuring optimized performance.
Action:
To address this challenge, a Figma project found online served as a reference for the new design. The frontend was developed using ReactJS framework with JavaScript. ReactJS was chosen for its ability to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces, meeting the requirements for modernization, usability, and performance.
During implementation, focus was placed on adopting user-centered design practices, ensuring an intuitive and simplified experience for customers. Additionally, rigorous performance tests and code optimizations were conducted to ensure the new panel offered superior performance without compromising its functionality.
Results:
The outcomes were immediate and significant. The newly developed dashboard demonstrated considerably better performance compared to the previous version. Usability was greatly improved, providing users with a more intuitive and simplified navigation experience.
A highlight of the project was the inclusion of an initial tour, allowing customers to set up their preferences in a guided manner. This approach facilitated a smooth transition to the new administrative panel.
Moreover, tangible results were evident in the business, with a notable decrease in churn rate and a significant reduction in support calls, indicating an improved user experience and operational efficiency of the system.
This positive transformation not only met the established expectations but also positively impacted customer relationships and business outcomes, strengthening Cliente Fiel's position in the market.
