My Experience at the Company Cliente Fiel

Cliente Fiel, a groundbreaking startup, introduced a digital menu for delivery and customer loyalty programs. Guilherme Vasconcelos, CEO, and Pablo Reis, Co-Founder, were pivotal in this innovative venture.
In 2017, I was invited by Guilherme Vasconcelos to join Cliente Fiel as a frontend intern. This opportunity meant relocating from Divinopolis, MG, to the bustling capital, Belo Horizonte. Upon arrival, my initial focus was contributing to the digital menu website developed using Grails.
The year 2018 saw my participation in the Lemonade program, an accelerator project for digital innovations. This experience immersed me in the world of startups, where I learned to set solid goals and devise innovative ideas that drove the company's growth.
My journey evolved in 2019 when I delved into backend development using Java. This knowledge was crucial for my transition to a full-stack profile and to enhance my skills as a software engineer. During this time, I encouraged the team to develop a progressive web app for the menu. Utilizing JavaScript and the ReactJS framework, we achieved almost unanimous client approval, resulting in a significant increase in sales and attracting new users.
The approval of the new site, close to 100% of clients and users in 2019, was a milestone. This success reaffirmed the relevance and quality of our work, further propelling Cliente Fiel's growth.
In the following year, 2020, I intensified support for the development of a new application in React Native, a modern and cross-platform tool. Client reception was exceptional, resulting in a significant sales increase and substantial expansion of the user base. This period was one of consolidation and recognition, culminating in my promotion to Junior Systems Analyst.
Alongside technical development, I actively participated in representing Cliente Fiel at events in various cities, including São Paulo. This engagement was crucial in expanding our network and enhancing the company's visibility.
In 2021, my final year at the company, we worked on developing the new administrative system. The focus was to simplify information input for menus and loyalty programs, ensuring greater speed and efficiency for our clients. Additionally, we developed an integrated panel with Ifood, enabling clients to approve orders from both the restaurant's digital menu and Ifood. We also created a new institutional website in NextJS, integrating it with the HubSpot platform to attract new restaurants to our network.
Looking back, I am extremely grateful to Cliente Fiel. It not only provided me with growth opportunities but also freedom to develop innovative ideas. This journey was crucial for my professional and personal development.
